The Love for PINK!:)

Since I was a kid, I've been a Hello Kitty fan. Maybe it's one of the reasons why PINK became my favorite color. And look what I've got from Harajuku last week:

Hello Kitty fashion eyewear!:))

and not to mention, I was wearing pink pajamas here too!:))

Last Sunday, we attended a birthday party of a 2-year old boy in Matsumoto. To look a bit younger, I decided to go PINK casual :)

Outfit: PINK CASUAL (Forever 21 Aviator, Forever 21 High-Low Lace Top, Pink Tank Top from my cousin, Forever 21 Pink Bangles, Forever 21 Denim Shorts, Love Junkie Cardigan, D&G watch, Coach Poppy Bag, Every 777 Wedges from rakuten.com)

The wedges I was wearing was my first ever online purchase from rakuten.com. This pair just cost me around 2,500 yen but the shipping fee was an extra 1,500 yen.

My pseudo-mom slash tita mama always checks our outfit before leaving the house. Haha!

Pls. excuse my fat face! haha!:))

Tita Mama is obsessed over LV! Bags, wallets, key holder, etc!

My cousin was wearing: Momo Mullet Dress, Salus Wedges from rakuten.com, Coach Poppy Sling Bag, and Forever 21 sunglasses

another full body shot. I just love brown, black, and pink stuff!:)

At the party, we played BINGO and our entire family won prizes. It was a simple yet meaningful celebration for the birthday boy and his parents.

Cookie: the birthday boy :)

I was finally able to try the 0% alcohol beer from Asahi! It didn't taste good though!:))

she's like a sister to me :)

It's been our hobby to take vanity shots while in the car haha! It actually makes us dizzy while on the road!:))
Forever 21 shades!:) Mine looks like RayBan though haha!

It was my 3rd to the last weekend here in Japan. Got 2 weeks left and I don't wanna go...

and I also wore my favorite pink lipstick: NYX Milan matte lipstick!
there's a certain angle that makes me look like Kim Chui LOL!:))

"Let Us Sk8" by Vans PH

In support to Filipino skateboarders and my friends from Vans, I am sharing this video. :)

Nice campaign! I hope you guys support it too!

Born this Way Ball in Manila

I would like to thank Smart Communications Inc. for my free Mosh Pit Tickets in Lady Gaga's "Born This Way Ball" concert at SM Mall of Asia, Manila last May 21 and May 22.

Unfortunately I missed the concert 'cause I'm still here in Japan. So I gave my 2 concert tickets to my BFF. I'm glad that she enjoyed the concert, based on what she shared over FaceTime.

Lady Gaga also brought the "Born This Way Ball" in Japan. She had a 3-night concert last May 10, 12, and 13 at the Saitama Super Arena. However, since I wasn't much of a follower, I didn't know about it. But I guess, even if I had known earlier that she's coming here, I still would've missed it 'coz I'd rather keep the money than buy expensive concert tickets. Then I realized, only in the Philippines I can watch concerts for free! Haha! Thanks to my friends and other connections. And because of that, I miss the PI!:))

Ring of Fire: Solar Eclipse As Seen from Japan

Last Monday morning, I woke up at 7am to view the Annular Solar Eclipse, which happened for the first time in 25 years here in Japan. While viewing it happen from our veranda, we were also watching it on TV.

It's the best solar eclipse I've ever seen! The moon didn't cover the entire disc of the sun which made a "ring of fire" visible. The surroundings turned partially dark. From our place, in Suwa City, Nagano, the moon was slowly covering the sun from 7am to 7:30am. But from 7:30am to 7:35pm, the ring of fire was seen, and the moon quickly left the perfect ring shape as it went down to uncover. I felt so lucky to have seen it!

Since I wasn't equipped with perfect gadgets to capture the actual view, I just took a photo of what's being shown on TV. It's a one of a kind experience!:)

You Gotta Love HARAJUKU!

Harajuku is my second most favorite shopping place in Japan; first of which is Shibuya. And since we're a family of shopaholics, just two weeks after our Shibuya trip, we went to Harajuku to go shopping again.

Outfit of the Day: Spring (Cryx Closet Jacket, Xo Xo Shades, Forever 21 Tank Top, Love Junkie shorts, Forever 21 belt, Avail wedges, D&G watch, Coach bag)

We stopped by the Service Area along the Express Way to have coffee/tea at Starbucks. Then we found Mochi! It's quite pricey though. It tasted like espasol in the Philippines. Yummy!:)

Along the way, we were listening to Japanese songs in the car. And since we couldn't  help but sing, we used our iPad and iPhones to download lyrics and sing along with the music. It's like karaoke-on-the-go!:)) So funny that my uncle who's driving us put a cigarette stick on each of his ears; but despite that, he still explained to us the meaning of every Japanese song we sang haha. And another way of killing boredom while in the car was taking lomo vanity shots! So cool that MoreLomo app randomly selects the colors. Some of my friends say I do not look like a Filipino anymore haha! Will actually change my hair color soon, I'm just doing some research on what color would suit me best.

Upon arriving at Harajuku, we had lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express. It's one of the best restaurants I've been to. It's right at the entrance of the Takeshita Street across the Harajuku train station.

what Wolfgang Puck said

  Teriyaki Burger

 Rib Eye Steak

Honey Mustard Chicken

There's the crab and veggies pizza and some salad

and he only ate the buns!:))

After lunch, we started our journey! There were a lot of items on sale! My favorite Japanese brands so far: Anap and Momo. I think Anap is more of casual clothes while Momo is like Forever 21. It has multiple shops along Takeshita street. There I was able to buy a high-low sheer skirt for 1000 yen only; and my cousin bought for herself a high-low floral dress which I regret I didn't buy. After an hour and a half, were done at Takeshita Street. We then walked along the main road lined with different international brands. My cousin and I shopped a lot from Forever 21 and H&M again. Haha they're actually the safest brands in terms of style and price.

and my feet died after 5 hours of shopping haha

We left Harajuku and headed to Karasuyama to drop off my Uncle at his place. But before that, we had a Yakiniku dinner place at the nearest restaurant from his home. As usual, I overate again! Waaaah!

there's our car going out the electronic parking space

yakiniku

Then we left Tokyo and headed home. But just when I thought we can get home early, my aunt decided to go to Don Quixote in Yamanashi to buy some groceries. After an hour of shopping, we finally headed home. We got home by 12 midnight. We were all so tired!

Look at what I saw at Don Quixote! So funny!:))

 tired and bankrupt!

Got less than 3 weeks left in my stay here. I'm gonna miss Tokyo!
