Cute Printed Backpacks

I'm not really a backpack kind of person but one of the backpack brands that I actually like in terms of quality, price, and design is Jansport.

Since it's "Back to School" season, I tried browsing online for a cute backpack, which I can give to my younger sister as a gift. So I found these Original Jansport Superbreak Backpacks from Zalora and I love the prints! Made me think twice if I'll still give them to my sister haha!

The ANIMAL PRINT Craze!

I really love animal print!


Back in the P.I., I used to wear animal-printed sheer tops on a night out.

And when I got here in Japan, I wore animal-printed pajamas...

I bought animal-printed wedges and wedge sneakers...

And just earlier tonight, my cousin and I did a colorful animal print nail art! She did my right hand while I did my left. I think mine looked more animalistic...wild! haha!:))

And it doesn't end there 'coz I'm still deciding whether to buy any of these cute Kitson Mini Duffel Bags, which are on SALE, from 12,000 yen to 4,000 yen! 

Or maybe this Le Sport Sac x Joy Rich Weekender Bag which is on 50% Off, from 22,890 yen to 11,440 yen! OMG! Super fighting the urge of spending!  I better buy the one that I could use more often, and I think that's the weekender bag since I go on domestic weekend trips more often than I hit the gym or the track.

Let's see what happens next haha!:))

The Love for PINK!:)

Since I was a kid, I've been a Hello Kitty fan. Maybe it's one of the reasons why PINK became my favorite color. And look what I've got from Harajuku last week:

Last Sunday, we attended a birthday party of a 2-year old boy in Matsumoto. To look a bit younger, I decided to go PINK casual :)

The wedges I was wearing was my first ever online purchase from rakuten.com. This pair just cost me around 2,500 yen but the shipping fee was an extra 1,500 yen.

At the party, we played BINGO and our entire family won prizes. It was a simple yet meaningful celebration for the birthday boy and his parents.

Fashion Files: Summer 2012

This is kind of a late post since summer is about to end soon. But I just wanna share some summer fashion ideas. Well actually I'm a bit frustrated that I still can't wear something light here in Japan because it's Spring season, and the weather is just crazy. It's hard to choose what to wear due to unpredictable weather. I can't risk wearing shorts without tights underneath because even if it's quite hot in the mid-afternoon, the temperature drops at late afternoon. But since I'm not staying here so long, I don't actually invest on winter/spring clothes while I'm here because my cousin and aunt have a really awesome closet. I choose to buy clothes here which I can wear in the Philippines, given it's weather.

Two weeks ago, when my cousin and I have gone shopping in Tokyo, we were not able to buy much pieces from Shibuya 109 because almost all the brands there were Japanese brands and the clothes weren't so wearable in a hot weather. All I was able to buy there were 2 pairs of cute sunglasses for me and my BFF. But when my cousin and I raided the 5-storey Forever 21 shop, we were able to find lots of good stuff! And after putting everything together, I realized that we bought were so SUMMER!:)

Wear a dark plain tube or spaghetti or tank top inside. 

 Cute outfit that can be paired with tan flats or wedges.

 Or wear it with plain white shirt.

(I just don't have my white shirt with me now)

Use accessories and a polo/cardigan to create layers

This is more of a "spring" bag actually; but for me, it's ok to use it anytime.

It's hard to live with my shopaholic aunt and cousin because whenever the three of us shop together, there's no such word as "savings" haha!:)) If only we have been saving the money we spend for shopping every weekend here, we could have afforded a Hong Kong weekend trip!:))
