So, OneRepublic will be having their Native Tour here in Manila on November 6 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum; and of course, I wanna score some free tickets! :)

I am really looking forward to watching them perform live because it will be their first time to perform here in the Philippines and I want to be a part of its awesome crowd. I'm excited about their concert because their members are very talented and they make really good music. For me, they are not just any other rock band because their music encompasses different genres as they collaborate with multiple artists of other genres such as Alesso (If I Lose Myself), Timbaland (Apologize), and Sara Bareilles (Come Home). They have upbeat songs, sad songs, feel good songs; and most of their songs are something people can easily relate to. Oh, I can't wait to see them perform live and scream my heart out!!! :))

Wanderland 2013

Got VIP passes from PLDT to be a part of Wanderland 2013 last May 18 at The Circuit. It's indeed a fun experience and I'm glad to have spent it with my close friends. Also, it's so nice to see a lot of friends, acquaintances, and familiar faces at the event.

What I really enjoyed were the free cocktail drinks from Havaianas, free Magnum ice cream, 3 cups of Smirnoff-Sprite or Captain Morgan-Coke for only Php 200, and the music of Tully on Tully, Avalanche City, Up Dharma Down, Temper Traps, and Neon Trees! We arrived during sunset so we missed the other performances such as that of Taken by Cars.

It's a crazy night indeed! We were kinda hit by alcohol which made it even more fun! Can't wait for next year's Wanderland Arts and Music Festival! See you all again soon!:)

Vans Summer Music Jam

It felt like my college days were relived when I attended the Vans Summer Music Jam in MOA Arena last May 11. I haven't attended a concert as such since I graduated from college. I enjoyed the concert because it was very entertaining.

The highlights for me were the green songs of Chongkeys, Teddy of Rocksteddy mocking Daniel Padilla and Bamboo, Moonstar 88's songs, Urbandub's awesome performance, and Jay of Kamikazee's ultimate kakulitan.

Thanks so much and congratulations again to Vans Philippines' team: Wendell, Thina, Mirrela, Paul, Soc, etc. Keep it up guys!:)

Maroon5 in Manila

Well it's better late than never. I almost forgot about posting this. I got a free SRO ticket from PLDT for Maroon 5's concert last September 18 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum. I watched the concert with my BFF and her colleagues at work, whom I call my PLDT friends. It's one of the best concerts ever! Adam Levine is sooo hot!:)

It's so funny because the bouncers were driving us away from the aisles near the stage. But when the lights were turned off and only the stage lights were up, we ran to the part nearest the stage. And while watching the concert, we were pushed by people towards the stage that's why we ended up so near the stage! haha!
