Fast and the Furious 6 Red Carpet Premiere

We're so lucky to receive free movie premiere passes from Solar TV Network last May 15. I only knew about the free ticket from our friend at 5pm and the premiere was scheduled at 7:30pm. I had to rush all the way from Marikina to SM Mall of Asia just to see Vin Diesel LIVE!

The Fast and the Furious Cast -- Luke Evans, Gina Carano, Michelle Rodriguez, and Vin Diesel -- was welcomed by a huge crowd at the SM MOA Concert Hall. While they're going crazy outside, we were watching them from inside the cinema, as the event was being aired live on the big screen.

Then they all went inside the cinema for a couple of messages. And luckily, we got Vin Diesel to sign our VIP passes! Yey! They left and headed to Solaire for their dinner with the family of the Solar owners. My friend was there so she was able to take really nice photos with the cast. Lucky her. haha! But it's okay, 'coz I got an autograph!:))

As a review of the movie, well it's the best in the series so far! It was really heart stopping and the scenes got me screaming out of shock haha! Definitely a must-see!

Saying NO to Stress.

Since I'm busy with work, I don't go out as much anymore. But every once in a while, I try to hangout with friends and have fun. This way, I get to relax and do away with stress.

I usually spend my Wednesday night (when I'm not tired) in Blue Onion where a band performs. It was the drummer whom I became friends with from other gigs, then he introduced us to the rest of the band, and one of them was Vince Alaras of South Border. He's got such a nice voice, and I can't deny that I've been a fan of his music way back in the old days. The best Wednesday night I've spent there was last 25th of August. A lot of friends came, plus a couple of Eat Bulaga celebrities were also there for a birthday party. The jammers were really talented.

I also enjoy watching movies. It's one of my stress relievers. Just during the long weekend, I watched "One Day" with my bestfriend in Shangrila Mall. I finally got to try Sango, and I must admit, they got good food. And the best part of the day, I was able to buy my very own deck of Monopoly Deal from Hobbes and Landes. haha! Then we went to Distillery Eastwood for a bottle of Fragolino Blanco (but I actually wanted Rosso) and some cheese sticks while playing Monopoly Deal on-on-one. haha!:)) Capped the night with midnight snacks from KFC.

And at random days, after office hours, my co-workers and I are lounging at our boss' office, where we play Monopoly Deal and watch TV. We also do a lot of eating after work, almost trying out all the food stores in Katipunan and in Teacher's Village. And our comfort drink: Moonleaf!

It's really perfect to hangout once in a while to take away the stress and the bad vibes.:)

1st Ever Movie Premiere!

March 16 - It was the first time I have ever attended a movie premiere. Haha sorry but I usually watch movies late 'coz I get the reviews of those who have watched it first before I watch it. haha!=))

We got free invites to the advance screening of "When in Rome" from its sponsor, MaxFM. I dunno how the tickets landed to my friend's hands. But thanks to him 'coz we were able to see this movie for free haha!

Let me do a little review...uhm, Josh Duhamel was so hot in the movie! haha! Well, Kristen Bell was pretty there too, but Josh will be better off with me haha!=))

Story line's a bit shallow, but it's fine 'coz it never had a dull moment. It was so hilarious! I really enjoyed watching it. I was laughing about 90% of the movie haha!

Conclusion: I wanna get married in Rome too!!! hahaha!=)) One more thing, real love happens...but at the least expected time, at the most unexpected way. Once you've found real love, that's when the magic happens! OMG...am I becoming sooo cheeeeesy??? hahaha!

Now you know why I love watching romantic comedies! =P

Brothers and Sisters

It's been a couple of weeks that I've been staying at my friends' house. They were three siblings (Jian, Dos, Kim) and it felt like I was the fourth and Mark was the fifth. haha! But that didn't stop there 'coz we keep growing in number. Maze became officially a sister....while Angelia was just a part time sister haha ('coz she's not really based here in Manila but in Iloilo).

March 3 - It was supposedly Maze' flight to Boracay but she chose to stay so we all went to Timberland to swim!=) Wow, we're all livin' a bum's life while our Kuya Mark's busy at work in his office in Eastwood. haha!=))

We spent the night at Eastwood City where we had dinner (Dencio's) and watched a movie (don't ask what it was 'coz it bored me haha). Kuya Mark's work was done so he was able to join us.

Movies to Watch in 3D!

My friends and I watched Avatar in 3D last Monday at Trinoma, which cost Php 300 (Php 400 for lazy boy seats). I enjoyed watching the trailers of the sequel/threequel/fourquel of some of my favorite movies! Made me even more excited for 2010.=)
